I received my BSM in Entrepreneurship, Management and Quantitative Methods from Illinois State University, then received my BSN from OSF St. Francis College of Nursing. After that, I attended Bradley University to officially become a Family Nurse Practitioner, MSN, FNP, BC. I also received my MSN in Forensics from Aspen University.

I enjoy reading, forensics, remodeling my home, gardening and baking.
What medical change has impacted the field of cancer the most since you began practicing medicine?
Immunotherapy has changed drastically!
Why did you choose your field?
Oncology chose me! My mother suffered through and survived breast cancer. I wanted to learn everything I could about her journey and help others physically and emotionally.
Do you have any advice to give patients after they have been diagnosed with cancer?
Don’t turn to Google! Breathe. Trust your team. Ask for help where you need it.
