Deb received her Master’s of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Illinois.

Deb is married to Bill Beach a retired superintendent of Limestone High School. They have two children, Elizabeth, the Associate Director of the Peoria City Election Commission and Brian, who does musical theater. Deb is the proud grandmother of a grandson, Riley.
