Linda received both her BSN and MSN-Adult NP from the University of Toronto. She is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (A-GNP) certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. While working as a hospital RN, she received her Certified Emergency Nurse Certification (CEN), Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse Certification (CNRN), and Critical Care Registered Nurse Certification (CCRN).

I enjoy reading, dancing, and hiking.
What medical change has impacted the field of cancer the most since you began practicing medicine?
With the advancement of the diagnostic technologies, pharmacological therapies, and holistic approaches, more treatment options are available.
Why did you choose your field?
Oncology is very rewarding to me because it entails teamwork, utilization of evidence-based research, and support for patients and their families.
Do you have any advice to give patients after they have been diagnosed with cancer?
The oncology service is here to keep patients informed and supported.
