I am an avid runner. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my husband and two sons.
What medical change has impacted the field of cancer the most since you began practicing medicine?
The development of targeted therapies that allow for more personalized cancer treatments.
Why did you choose your field?
I was looking for a challenging position in an ever-changing field of medicine where I could help a variety of people.
Do you have any advice to give patients after they have been diagnosed with cancer?
Ask questions and become educated about your cancer diagnosis treatment plan, and the goals of the treatment.
